Scam is an attempt to deceive a person or an entity by gaining full confidence, and it is a word that people want to steer clear off. SEO scams have no other meaning than cheating or swindling an online business owner or a website owner by providing dubious SEO services. I totally agree. I have gotten so many calls and emails from "SEO firms" promising results that no one else could give me. I'm glad I ran the other direction.
